A booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the cost if there is a cancellation.
Check in time from 2 pm. Check out time 10 am. Extra charges will be levied for check-in after 8PM.
If deposits are not received by the required date bookings will be cancelled. 50% deposit is required within 48hrs of confirmation.
Refunds of deposits are negotiable in the event of a cancellation.
No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event that it is possible to accommodate any extra persons in the same room, an additional charge is payable. The final decision regarding the accommodation of persons in the same room rests entirely with the proprietors or their agents.

Confirmation of booking:
The terms and conditions of a booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt by Flowithlin Guest House of the deposit.
Travel agents:
Bookings shall not be confirmed unless a reservation confirmation form is received together with a copy of voucher and on condition that an authorised person has signed acceptance of our terms and conditions.
